Volunteer Fundraising Team

As a Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator, you will assist with planning and executing fundraising initiatives that support our mission. You will work closely with our Fundraising Manager and team to help organize fundraising campaigns, events, and donor outreach efforts. This role provides a great opportunity for individuals passionate about animal welfare and helping others to contribute to a cause that makes a significant impact on people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of fundraising campaigns, both online and offline, including donation drives, crowdfunding, and corporate sponsorship initiatives.
- Help identify and cultivate new donor relationships by reaching out to individuals, local businesses, and community groups.

Help gather feedback after fundraising events and campaigns to evaluate success and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
- Help track donations and maintain an up-to-date donor database, ensuring timely acknowledgment and follow-up with donors.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to ensure that fundraising efforts are well-promoted and well-supported.
Must Have
- Passion for animal welfare and supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude toward fundraising and community engagement.
- Attention to detail and the ability to track donations and donor information accurately.
Nice to have
- Experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
