Volunteer Events Team

As a Volunteer Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, organization, and execution of events that help raise awareness, fundraise, and build relationships within the community. These events may include community outreach programs, fundraising campaigns, adoption days, educational workshops, and special events for donors, volunteers, and supporters.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including fundraising events, public awareness campaigns, and adoption drives.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and others to ensure smooth event logistics.
- Help set up, oversee, and break down event activities, ensuring all operational aspects are handled efficiently.
- Gather feedback after each event to assess its effectiveness and suggest improvements for future events.
- Represent the organisation at events and engage with attendees to foster relationships and raise awareness about the organisation’s work.
Must Have
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- A passion for animal welfare and assisting individuals with disabilities.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Highly creative and autonomous
Nice to have
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in event planning or volunteer coordination is a plus, but not required.
